COVID-19 Level 2 Update

We are back!

From Thursday 14th May we are able to open the shop and service desk YAY!— however we must continue to operate under strict requirements to protect your safety, the safety of our team and our wider community.

Because of contact tracing we will be asking you for your details whenever you come in store. These are only for contact tracing and will not be used for anything else.

Apple hardware repairs

We are open for all Apple warranty and non warranty repairs.
Service requests must be made online prior to drop off or couriering-in 🛠

Shop online 

A much broader range of products are now available online

We have many more products than just what is on the website, including software, cloud and subscription services.
Please let us know what you need we are happy to help in any way we can.

There has been significant demand for deliveries, as well as social distancing and hygiene requirements, which has resulted in some extended delivery times.
All courier deliveries will be ‘no signature required’ to ensure safe, contactless delivery.

Software support

Our software support team are at home and responding to emails, calls for remote support requests and technical advice.

We can provide onsite software support for essential businesses/services.
