iPhone warranty and non warranty repairs

Ubertec has been providing service for Apple iPhones since they were released. We strive for fast, efficient, quality service and pride ourselves on being an Apple Authorised Service Provider only using Apple genuine parts and certified Apple technicians.

We can process warranty or non warranty repairs for Apple iPhones. You can create a reservation via the Apple Support system to have a service desk technician ready to discuss your issue. (It might need to stay with us)

All service jobs require an online service request prior to coming in Ubertec Service Request

We also work with various insurance companies so we can provide an insurance report for insurance claims.

Pricing and Turnaround Time

All non warranty jobs entail a $50 diagnostic fee. This covers the inspection and assessment of the non warranty iPhone. From there we provide recommendations and/or quote for the required work.

For Batteries and Screens the service generally takes 3-4 hour from booking an Apple reservation. Only Monday - Friday.

For anything that needs to be sent to the Apple repair centre - please allow 5-7 working days.

Battery Replacement

iPhone SE, 7, 7plus, 8, 8plus $169

iPhone X, XS, XS Max, XR $209

iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 13 $209

iPhone 14 $229

Screen Protectors are disposed of when battery is being replaced.

Special bundle with screen protector on some models - save $40 see more

What to do before coming in

Create an Ubertec Service Request

You need to book a preferred time via the Apple reservation calendar.  

TURN OFF BEFORE COMING IN: On iOS 17.4 and up the new feature stolen device protection is automatically on. This must be turned off 1 hour before getting Find My disabled. Please turn this off before coming in. https://support.apple.com/en-u...

Generally we have these in stock, however if you are making a special trip give us a call to double check stock availability. (iPhone SE 1st gen and iPhone Xr are not instock, we can process however it takes longer, please call to discuss)

NOTE: At times we may not be able to perform a battery or screen replacement (if the unit is bent, has liquid damage and other accidental damage)
