Ubertec is a New Zealand owned & registered business. The name that will appear on your statement will be UBERTEC

Delivery Policy

• We deliver to all addresses within New Zealand, including PO Boxes.
• We will not deliver to any address outside of New Zealand.
• Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in NZ dollars.
• Orders placed on the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.
• We will deliver your order to the Ship To address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your order, our carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone and arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
• Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking details to the email address supplied on your Order Confirmation.
• We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver your Products to you within 10 working days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation, however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
• If an item is delayed and will not be dispatched within the expected timeframe displayed for the item when it was ordered, the item will be backordered. You will be contacted via email and advised of an updated dispatch date, if available.
• You have the option to cancel backordered items, please contact us to do so, otherwise we will keep your order open and dispatch when all items are available.
• The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for delivery of your goods.
• Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.

Return Policy:

• We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
• If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy.
• In addition to your statutory rights, should you change your mind we will happily return a product providing the following conditions have been met:
  • the goods must be returned to ubertec within 7 days of you receiving it;
  • the goods are accompanied by a Return Authorisation ("RA") number issued by ubertec.
  • the goods must be unused, and in the case of hardware it must not have been opened;
  • the goods must be in the same condition and packaging as when supplied by Ubertec including with labels, instructions, tickets etc., attached
• Please note that ubertec does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for the following products:
  • Software; Due to piracy and copyright issues, we will not accept any returns of software. Please check your system requirements carefully before purchasing a software product.
  • Opened memory
  • Gift Cards
  • iPads
  • Special or custom ordered items;
  • Demonstration or refurbished goods
  • Sale items
• Faulty goods will only be accepted if:
  • the goods concerned are deemed to be faulty by ubertec
  • the goods are accompanied by a Return Authorisation ("RA") number issued by ubertec.
  • For Apple products, you may be required to get an Apple Case ID from them before we can approve any faulty goods.
• All returns will be checked on arrival with us and returns will be rejected and returned to you if no fault is found.
• You will be liable for all delivery charges incurred in respect of returned goods. Unless the return is due to an error by us, freight charges will not be credited.

• All RA's are valid for seven (7) working days after issue by us and you need to return the goods within this time at your cost.
