Also, with hardware RAID, all data is computed and processed by the built-in CPU. The ST2 support Four RAID modes, can be used for Different Application

The ST2 has four built-in disk configuration modes: RAID 1 (Safe Mode), RAID 0 (Speed Mode), JBOD (Two Independent Volumes) ,and BIG Mode for you to choose according to your needs.

The RAID 1 function provides fully automatic backup that ensures data security.RAID 0 functionality increases storage speed and performance.JBOD function provides two independent disk data access convenience.BIG function provides two independent disk capacity added total.

Provide Type-C to C cable and Type-C to A cable

ST2-BA31 is equipped with RAID 0/1/BIG/JBOD modes, users can use the Type-C to C cable or the Type-C to A cable to connect to any host PC or Mac with USB Type-C or USB Type-A, and the data transfer performance can be up to 10Gbps. Whether it isused for searching files, editing photos or watching the 4K high resolution videos, ST2-BA31 will bring you the extremely enjoyment of video and audio quality.

ST2 support both 3.5" and 2.5" disks (HDD & SSD)

Comes with two easy-to-use disk Trays, ST2 supports 3.5" & 2.5" SATA disks (HDD and SSD). And ST2's aluminum chassis help protecting your data and the excellent heat dissipation. Since this easy-to-use disk Tray can be used for all STARDOM's products, you could easily transfer your data (disks) among different STARDOM's storage devices. With the key lock design, it could provide a double protection for your data.
