Sale & Promotional Pricing

We try to make our offers straightforward. If a sale or promotion has its own terms, we'll show them with the offer.

Sale prices

Unless we say otherwise:

• sale prices apply to products we have in stock, while stocks last;
• sale prices don't apply to products that are out of stock or on backorder;
• clearance, already-discounted or specially priced products may be excluded from further discounts; and
• offers can't be combined with another discount, promotion or offer unless we say they can.

If a promotion applies only to particular products, quantities, customers, stores or dates, we'll make that clear with the offer.

Limited stock

Some offers are available only while our stock lasts.

Unless we specifically offer a raincheck, sale prices don't create an entitlement to order additional stock at the promotional price once the available stock has sold out.

If something sells out sooner than expected, we'll be happy to let you know about any alternatives that are available.

Pricing mistakes

We take reasonable care to make sure our prices and promotions are accurate, but occasionally genuine mistakes can happen.

If we discover an obvious pricing or promotional error, we'll let you know as soon as we reasonably can and explain the options available.

We won't knowingly take advantage of a mistake, and we don't expect you to either.

Returns

Buying something on sale doesn't take away any rights you have under New Zealand law.

Our normal Sales & Return terms apply to sale and promotional products unless the particular offer says otherwise.
