AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss
Get everything included in AppleCare+ and up to two incidents of theft or loss coverage every 12 months. Each incident is subject to the service fee listed below.
Theft and loss coverage requires you to have Find My enabled on your device at the time it is lost or stolen and throughout the claims process.
Theft or loss fee: $279
AppleCare+ for iPhone provides up to two years of expert technical support and additional hardware coverage from Apple, including unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection. Each incident is subject to a service fee of NZ$49 for screen or back glass damage, or NZ$169 for other accidental damage. In addition, you’ll get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone through getsupport.apple.com. Coverage begins on your AppleCare+ purchase date.
AppleCare+ benefits are separate from and in addition to the Apple Limited Warranty and any legal rights provided by New Zealand consumer law.
